After a very relaxing week at the coast, where I essentially did very little (some reading, some walking, some crossword puzzles...), I'm back home, ready to kick off a new year of blogging, work, GTD, music, reading, Palm, and more. And even though I didn't make any explicit new year's resolutions, there are some ideas itching at the back of my mind. So I'll try to sort this all out in the coming weeks, in order to get some new things going and some others back to life. I'll probably be reporting on those that actually do get off the ground.
But before this, let me present you with all my best wishes for the new year. For a staggering number of people, this last week hasn't been a happy time, and we've all been touched by the terrible tragedy (not man-made, for a change). My heart goes out to everyone that was affected by it. These events remind me how lucky my life is, even though it's not easy every day. I wish that we may all notice the beautiful things that surround us and that we so often overlook, and experience a profound thankfulness. And if disaster strikes, may we have loving and helpful people around us, as we see happening right now in the tsunami area. This world-wide solidarity is a great indication that people have much good in them.
May 2005 be the best year it can be for each of you.
